My Wheel Thoughts about Strollercize classes!

The “Wheel in the Life of Motherhood rolls on, it stops, parks, goes over many bumps and “Scenes of a Struggle” (language of Strollercize) in a mom’s life. These are the ups and downs of a day in the life of a  Strollercize mom.  But we train for this in class. Right now, the country is cold. We are out there. We are not Strollercizing to be stupid or not safe in blowing windchills. No we go with the flow. We prepare and nothing stops us from putting fitness in our life first. So we can handle life second. But when we get out in 25 degree weather ( that is my lowest I will take them out in NYC), we sweat, we get hot, they are hot and we workout to de- stress, be in better shape for our day and our life.  Class ends and we gather by the fire and talk about how we stay sane when the weather is what ever! We go with the flow.
