Airplain Travel Tips from Strollercize Moms

The Falconer of Central Park

Where is the best place to get moms to share, give view points and tell it like it is? At Margarita Moms in The Boathouse in Central Park. First the bartender was so nice when you see a bunch of strollers taking over a bar everyone thinks we are nuts. No we are being who we were before baby. Fun, free and hey it is a long day at work, being a mom. I do not promote drinking but a glass wine, a cozmo or a cold beer makes life chill!

The topic, traveling with baby. I am going to get those moms to make their comments so it does not all come from me, but their ideas were amazing and new products. The first tip I loved, was having the stewardess hold the baby while you go to the bathroom. If that was my child, I would have stayed in the bathroom for the whole trip. Traveling with baby is not easy especially if you are doing it alone. So the comments will now pour in and I will make them share what we all learned yesterday at Margarita Moms. Next weeks topic ….do you feel sexy?

Hello! My advice was to suck up suck down. ( feed on the way up and feed on the way down ) Helps the babies ears. Also the Phil & Teds “Wriggle Wrapper” keeps the baby from fussing and strapped to you or the seat. 🙂 Happy traveling!!!

Ship a box to your hotel before you leave that includes all of your baby’s necessities. Include…
Diapers (Swimmers if you’re going to the beach!)
      Baby Food
      Disposable Bibs
      Disposable Spoons & Bowls
      Scented Bags for Diapers
First Aid Supplies (Tylenol, Benadryl, etc…)
Just make sure you ship it so that it gets there before you do and confirm that the hotel has it before you leave.
