Summer in city, is sweaty, hot, sticky, wet and slippery. Coming out of winter we all wear those black stretch pants. But when the season turns to summer, reality is shorts and thigh exposure. So moms can wear sleeveless tops, shorts, dump a bottle of water over their head and drink at free will. But the baby is in a rolling incubator. Remember that word? How does Strollercize keep the baby cool in the stroller.
#1. Black is out. A white blanket or throw goes over the black or dark colored strollers. My class looks like a cult of white ghost sheets blowing in the wind.
#2. A white tight weave cotton pillow case or sheet under the baby. So the baby is clean and the body can sweat. Putting the baby on the plastic rubber fabric of most strollers is extremely uncomfortable for the baby. Think about getting into a hot car seat and sitting on that type of fabric.
#3. NO socks.
#4. Onsies rule or white T’s nothing that is tight on the skin. If the outfit is cute and tight save it for air conditioning.
#5. Speaking of air conditioning. If you take the baby in and out of a refrigerator the baby is going to get sick. So bring a blanket you can throw over the baby when you enter air conditioning. This way you do not put the baby in cold shock therapy treatment. You go seat in a meat cooler!
#6. Get a little spray bottle and spray your face and the babies toes.
#7. Get a stroller fan one that points to the baby and hey one that points to you!
Everyone is now COOL!
