First, I know GUTS. I know ABS and as Dr Henry Kissinger‘s trainer for nearly 11 years, I know how hard it is to do abs when there are ROLLS in the way, the neck hurts or the back is sensitive to crunches. That silly excuse, I am too old for that does not work for me!
As you all know or maybe some of you are just learning, I gained 35 pounds, maybe more when I put the Nail In My Eye, while inventing The RollerSizeR. Let’s just say the first couple prototypes kept my “eye” on the dream! I even taught NYC Strollercize classes with an eye patch. I think that just scared my moms into melting their muffins faster. I learned after having a skinny dancer figure and a fit mom body what it was like to have FAT around my middle (and I still do), but because of that, I have more compassion for those that need to “whittle” their waste-lines and well, get a GRIP on their GUTS.
I have ten pounds to go and yes…I have a great picture of me showing off my “wheel” tummy with a measuring tape. I will share that photo with you and yes, I did cut my head off so I look like the headless Gut. This will show not the before and after but will show the continuous daily change of a waistline using the AB Toning Tool, The RollerSizeR. You guys all own a RollerSizeR and there are hundreds of exercises to do with it so the work ahead is huge. I am writing that workbook as The WEB FIT CLUB grows.
As your trainer, I wanted to show you a video on YouTube. In this video this guy is for sure, super cut and got a six pack you could dance on! I got six pack you could sleep on and replace your pillow! I will be doing the very same workout as he does but with The RollerSizeR. Now this is where age and wisdom workout. The use of THE ROLLERSIZER allows ALL AGES, SIZES, ACHES PAINS and TIME ISSUES and whatever other silly excuse I hear as a trainer. SICK OF IT…you need to workout three to four times a week and cut back on sick foods that are NOT godd for you and too much food! OK, calm down…lizzie,
