I tell my moms everyday in our Strollercize Classes. If you walk like you are NOT fit. Not aware of your neck turning right or left. You chest up and your legs are ready. Someone is going to come up one day when you are not prepared. I want my moms to look like mean, mom machines that push a stroller and make it quite clear they are too fit to get near! Scene of Struggle, Mom on a Mission!

The Wheels of Life Turn Fit


Strollercize has been my life for over 20 years in NYC. Some say why have I been doing this so long? Well, first I love to dance and I have a sick fetish for strollers and I love my moms. I love to dance and so I teach others to dance behind a stroller. It turns me on to see the legs go high and the wheels turn 🙂   I danced behind a stroller thru the stages of life as a mom. My children followed my lead.

My eldest is a skating coach at Wollman Rink in Central Park and sometimes babysits for Strollercize moms, she will graduate from Pace University next year.  My eldest son, is a soccer player at Drew University and artist and a wicked good dancer, see him on You Tube!  My youngest manages his dad’s restaurant (even though he is 15) . My family has strolled through life, had a LOT of scenes of struggle, tons of bumps and enemy territories? We made it through and we all have stayed balanced and strong. Mom is fit to be happy and proud that Strollercize helped be  A FIT MOM so I could have Fit Kids. Now it is your turn to make the wheels in your life find a path with not too many “Scenes of a Struggle!

When a Strollercize mom is going to lose it, this is what she does.


These are notes that I took at a quite emotional Margarita Moms Momvent in Strollercize NYC. I love each solution so much. I feel as if I was there, right now as I right it. I connect to each of my mothers in a unique way. Why? Because I know the journey and I know the bumps and cracks in their road ahead a new mom. I say silly little things in class, I call stories but they are actually truths. As they exercise they hear these “stories”. Somehow I think they workout harder when they listen to these messages as they move.

Thanks to Strollercize Moms in NYC. Here is high they cope, when they are going to lose it.

Cry In The Bathroom

Talk to Myself

Yell at Something

Hold it in

Keep Cool

Play the Piano

Take a Deep Breathe

Start Laughing

Here is mine, I start crying, my kids look at me, call me crazy and than I say a prayer and look up and know how much I love them.

Moms are always on the verge of losing it. My simple job is to help them lose it faster!

The RollerSizeR Saves Trainers and Client


The RollerSizeR which we call in class, the The “SizeR”, is used in all Strollercize classes. It is a God send to me as a trainer. I can put the RollerSizeR in the hands of my stroller fitness moms and clients and they can twist, bend, do crunches and thigh work without extra fixing, aligning and correcting because the tool does it for me.  The tool assists assists the trainer and the client. The clients gets faster results and the trainer has an easier job helping their client.

Do not start you year out without your RollerSizer!
