My last class is 2010 and it was in the snow!

Training moms in the snow is not easy as my eyes are watching everything. Every bit of slush, chunks and ice. This is where having good posture and using the physics of the stroller come in handy. Working out in the snow is also a big calorie burner. In fact I think I saw a lot of melt today! This year, the muffins get melted away. Mush!

Liz….my church is called “here and now”….that’s just about the extent of my belief….but if there ever be a modern day miracle worker…that would be you….so it does not suprise me that in the face of a massive snow storm, you would pull off a great class…..you always do
